Notes
Been sick with a fever and whatnot since Wednesday. Fever was mostly gone since yesterday, but still had a moderate headache and sore throat today. Didn't want to miss anymore days though, so I just went for it. Felt ok for the first part of the run, but slowed down a lot during the last 15 or so minutes. Not too bad a run though. Hopefully won't take me too long to bounce back.
Really warm out.
