Very good workout. Target pace was 38, and 34 for the faster ones (4 & 8). Averaged 35.75 for the first set, 34.75 for the second set, and 35.25 for the two sets combined. Very satisfied with the workout.

30s rest in b/w repeats, and 4 min rest in between sets
