5x(4x400m) with 45s rest in b/w intervals and 4' easy running in between sets; @ 5K pace.
Long workout, but not really that tough. Once we got things going, it wasn't too hard to hit the pace we were supposed to, or even be just a bit quicker. Legs weren't feeling too hot earlier in the day, so I was worried, but no problems here. Good workout.
