Difficult workout, but satisfied with it. Calf pains have pretty much gone away, still a little uncomfortable-icing seems to be working- but I'm going to keep it up for at least a few more days just to be sure.
First set was about 5 seconds off at the two mile (hit a 5:57 then a 6:02), but second one was a bit quicker, although more inconsistent (5:42, then 6:06). Target pace was 5:57, so my average was about that or a little quicker(on the second one).
2x12' at LT w/ 10' recovery jog in b/w sets, and 15s excels every 3'
