Took a sort of modified sunset up to Cornfields. Didn't really feel good, so I'm a bit surprised that the pace came out as quick as it did. Crazies thing ever on the way back: GOT AN UNPRECEDENTED 6 SPINS FROM OUR FRIEND THE DOG. Definitely got us worked up on the way back.
Judging by how sore/tired I've been this week, I'm thinking about changing the plan for the next three weeks. Was originally gonna shoot for 80mpw all 3 weeks, but it's definitely not seeming like that's a good idea. I may start off in the 73-76mpw range for the first week or two and then aim for 80 again in the last week at the new high. Or not. Who knows.
