Soooo I didn't run at all during NILA. The struggle was real out there.
Figured I'd start out easy, and didn't feel bad at all. The only thing that bothered me was that I felt bloated, but that may have just been all the food I ate over the past week. Gonna aim for an ~80' run on Wednesday, and a fartlek or something on Friday or Saturday. Hopefully I'll be able to bounce back quickly.
