2x200 @ R+1 then full rest
2x(8x200m) @ R (36s), with the second set being faster. 5' rest in between sets
This workout went much better than I thought it would. Felt like ish most of the day, but got into a groove after the first few. First set was pretty easy, had a bit of trouble finding the right pace as usual, but we were pretty much there. Second set got a bit harder as we began to cut down, and the last three were rough. Good workout though.
