Notes

Another day of good weather, and another great run. I ate around 4 then took like a 90' nap, so I was still feeling a bit bloated by the time 7 rolled around. Didn't seem to affect the run though. Garmin shows pretty much everything after mile 3 at sub 7 pace; I started moving with some 25' to go and had that last portion at 6:45 or quicker.

I think this will put me around 71 miles this week with only singles. Considering I went 10' short on Monday and some 5' short on Wednesday, that's not too shabby. Hoping to keep this momentum rolling for the next week, then hold on for dear life during week 3.

EDIT: I finally manage to nip Rob, but Paul edges me out in the weekly mileage contest by 0.7 MILES. What. The. Fuck. I ain't ever gonna catch a break around here #TheStruggle
