The temperature says 66, but it felt like 80 with the sun just beating down on me the whole time.
Legs felt really tired today. Had to stop twice during the run, once to give someone directions and another to identify a foot-long snake some old guy killed. Looked like a corn snake to me.
Right leg and knee were a little tight after the first mile and my left ankle had a dull soreness to it just after the second mile. Aside from that, the ankle felt pretty good.
Still had a hard time finding a rhythm and getting a full breath, I think I'm still feeling a little of that cold from last week.
