Ran to see how my ankle was doing. The ankle felt good. Both legs were stiff but no aches and pains like I expected. Wore the new shoes and they felt good this time.
Overall I felt heavy and bloated. All the CRAP I ate this weekend didn't help. Forced a slow pace but I couldn't get into a rhythm. I was breating like I was running 10min pace instead of the 11 I was running.
Felt good to run though... I wanted to go longer.
