Notes
It was really warm and humid starting out. I felt OK for the first four miles and then I just didn't feel like running. The body was fine but my mind wasn't into it. To keep myself going I made little goals and "awarded" myself by walking for a few seconds after each mile past 5 miles. It drizzled for about 2 minutes and the wind was light but it felt good when I ran into it.
A stray dog was the only thing I saw before 5AM.
