Notes

Legs felt okay on this at the start. My first mile was my slowest at just under 7:30. After that my miles were between 7:15 and 7:21 the rest of the way. I ran 8 and stopped to sip a little Gatorade and was back out to run the last 3. My legs felt better as the run went on. Stretched after and then lifted after.
