Super muggy...almost a drizzle. Not too nice.
Figured last night my run segment pace for both Portland and Indy needs to be 9:20. Will do a 3/1 in Portland and then a 4/1 in Indy to get to 4:30.
Today's run segments averaged 9:37. After warm up, they got to that level. Last two were in low 9, then high 8s. Have work to do still.
