New watch - don't know how to recall splits so time/distance are approximate. I ran 1.5 loop around A.S. campus then walket to the track and ran 1.5 easy, walked .25, then ran 1 mi. easy. The final 1/2 lap and home was a cool-down. felt pretty good.
