Notes

New shoes felt good. They feel faster than the Nikes. as a result, I ran the first 1.5 miles at about 8:45-9:00 pace. I had to slow down and struggled with pace for the first 4-5 miles. Listened to the Arkansas / Auburn game. Arkansas is hanging in well. Within a score well into the 4th.
