OK run in the end. Started cold and had some aches and pains. I struggled for the first half then it came together in the end. It didn't feel at all like 8:16/mi. I was expecting more like 9:00-9:15/mi. If I was that much faster, it would explain the aches and why I felt like I was struggling a bit. The hat and gloves were fine for this temp.
