One more on the treadmill at Andaz NYC. Warmup and then three miles around HMP. Got a little toasty, but felt fine. Forcing a little downtime after Boston and that 5K was the right decision, my legs feel better than they have in a long time. Looking forward to just running for a while without a training plan to follow. Also enjoying these shorter runs that I can run faster...or without worrying about the pace at all.
