Was going to run some intervals but decided to run easy and bump up the mileage a bit instead. I'm definitely feeling stronger and more in synch on my runs the past couple of weeks.....maybe because I added longer runs back into the mix? Fee like I can think about restarting a training program if things keep progressing like this into the holidays.
