Notes

Approx. 5 mile warmup. Then 4x3 minute hill runs up Bobbin Mill Rd. at 5K effort. Did a 5th hill run back up McWhorter/Milledge Cir. on the way home. Jog-backs downhill between runs.

Solid hill workout. Hard effort uphill, good recoveries on the downhills, and felt really good afterwards. Right now, though, I'm also dog tired....the volume could be hitting me today with a quality workout in the mix. Need to go extra easy tomorrow.
