Treadmill

Notes

Death march on a treadmill. Gave up trying to run this as a tempo, aimed for a modest progression, and still had to organize an orderly retreat after getting to about 7:40. Not sure if it was a bad day, you-know-what or some combination of the two, but it definitely was not a good time.

Nice to be doing some weight training again, though.
