Last 5M at moderate effort.

Actual: first 6 miles at 10 to 9 min miles. Next 3 miles accel from 8 to 7:40 then to 7:00 over last 2 miles.

Once again, running indoors in relatively warm and muggy air took its toll. Had a really nice zone-out stretch in the middle, then miles 8-10 were sort of nasty -- I was sweat-soaked and generally miserable. The last couple of miles were ok mostly because I could focus on accelerating and finishing strong.

Also noticed, for the second time, that I had a sour stomach after getting back home. I assume it has to do with the after-effects of hard workouts in a warm gym.
