Winning. even if the treadmill was slow this would still be an outstanding run. Did the intervals from 6:39 down to 6:27 and never felt like I was running hard aerobically or by effort level. Also comfortable in the gym....28 outside and 59 on the mill with a fan right overhead.
It makes sense, coming off a hard stretch of training and then lower mileage last week with two days off. This workout was very encouraging.
