Notes

Losing three days this week due to travel to PA and for Rich's memorial gathering. Should get a chance to run Saturday, and plan to make the most of that workout -- at least not lose ground this week.

Also: hip/butt tweak has cleared up. I won't worry about it again unless it reappears.
