Plan was 12x400 in 1:30-1:40 with 400j or something like that.
Looking to 10k race next week, where 40mins would require consistent 6:26 running.
(actually all intervals are .25 miles ~ 403m)
GAP Pace: min 6:00, max 6:43, avg:6:18. (according to Strava)

So this is may be reasonable workout for half marathon training, maybe.
(12x400 at 5k pace with 400m jog.)
Too slow and recoveries too long to be real speed work, but a useful stamina/endurance workout.
