10x25 FC (2xkick, 3xarm drill with board, 3xarm drill no board, 2xfull stroke)

6x25 BC (2xarms out 2xslow arms holding board with other arm, 2x full stroke)

1x25 FC (full length)

Definite improvement over last week. Managed nearly 50m FC before lesson.
