breast stroke

100m 1 arm, 1 leg, 2 arms, 2 legs, 3 arms, 3 legs, 4 arms, 4 legs, etc

50m breast stroke arms, front crawl legs, trying to keep chin out of water

2x 1min treading water with hands on head (count as 50m)

(knackered)

4 dives, 3 dolphin kicks underwater, front crawl as get to surface (50m)
