New set of lessons (Lesson 2 - missed number 1)
(7 in class, one lane, next two taken up by a coached session. 4 OK swimmers, 3 really poor)
6x25 warm up (FC,FC,BS,BS,FC,BS)
front crawl
50m kick only with board
50m slow arms with board (straighten feet!)
50m catch up
50m bending elbows (foot forgets to straighten every 5th kick)
back crawl
25m kick only
3x25 with 10 sec rest -
(25m kick only arms by side, 25m kick only raising arms to straight over head (kick harder), 25m arm strokes too)
50m full stroke (kick harder!)
1x dive (keep head tucked in)
