Only 3 in class today so first lesson in ages that something was learnt. Far higher intensity than previous lessons - >500m in lesson with no extra lengths. Swimming out+back =25m each time (sometimes twice =50m) instead of swimming 12m out then waiting as in previous lessons with larger groups.
Back crawl and front crawl.

25m demonstration to see whether ready to be moved to advanced class next week.
75m BC legs only with float
50m BC 1 arm only with float
75m BC full stroke
Legs still weak from Sunday and running earlier probably wasn't the best idea.
