front crawl

100 one arm only, other by side, breathing to side with arm static

100 breast stroke arms, front crawl kick

50 doggy paddle, high elbow - focus on arm pull at initial entry

back crawl

100 sculling on back (minimal leg motion (stop and cross legs if possible)

100 full stroke with pause with arm vertical up in air

50 full stroke
