kicking on back (building in complexity)
25 arms by side
25 arms under head
25 arms straight
25 turn over once without moving arms then FC to end
25 turn over repeatedly without moving arms (splutter, splutter, sink)
50 add in a couple of arm strokes between turns front and back (corkscrew-style) - much easier
4 lengths easy 25 FC, 25 BC, 25 FC, 25 BC
(went a bit fast on the first one as the guy in the Pulse Tri coached session next to us was at about the same speed and the race was on (not that he knew about it and I don't think he realised there was a 20 second pause after each length either))
2x dives ("you have a very nice dive")
4 lengths to finish (FC, FC, BS, FC)
