Someone messed up the time of my lesson - I think it's them selling me a 8:15 lesson when there isn't one on Wednesday, but I'll find out tomorrow. Actually there is an 8:15 lesson, but it's aqua-fit not improvers swimming and I only got suspicious when the next 8 people waiting for the lesson were all girls. Decided not to do it and just swim instead. My breast stroke is faster than the guys in the slowest lane of triathlon coaching can swim.
Time/Distance are estimates, wasn't really diligent about counting either. Managed half a length of the most ridiculous looking front crawl.
