Notes

200m warm up. Instructor gave me a few tips and I was able to go better than ever. Mostly FC.

50 FC slow

100 FC slow, dragging thumb back along body

50 FC catch up

25 FC slow, head higher than before

25 BC arms stretched long over head

25 BC catch up

25 choice of stroke (supposedly to cool down - I was first, so I went FC as fast as I could)

3x dives to finish

50 FC after lesson

Wasn't really counting lengths but above is what I remember. Best swimming ever.
