"Formula One" Duathlon : Run-Bike-Run-Bike-Run
Total Time 1h08'55-ish
Gardai had part of Park closed because a body was found so the bike course was changed to avoid that section. Probably similar distance to expected but more traffic as bikes were going in both directions. Same run as last two, except three instead of two.
Don't have splits but they had ankle chips and mats at entry/exit of transition so should be able to update when I have the figures. Think I ended up pressing the button at end of each run lap.
First run: 9'41 (May have pressed the button at entry to T1?)
Middle Split: 29'27 (T1+bike+T2+run?)
End Split: 29'47 (T3+bike+T4+run?)
