Last lesson for now. May have got talked into joining a new triathlon club. We'll see.

8x25 w/u (7xFC, 1xBS)

2x25 FC/on side, lower arm outstretched, kicking only

2x25 ditto but every 5 seconds, swapping sides with an arm stroke

6x25 FC 25 slow, 25 fast, repeat, repeat. (to watch how technique suffers when tired)

2x25 BC kick only

3x25 BC set (kick only arms by sides, kick only arms outstretched, full stroke)

3x25 BS set (kick only, kick only on back, full stroke)

1xdive, feet sloppy
