150m kicking only alternating front and back. First 100m with board then 50m without.

Breaststroke

100m kick only with board

50m 2x kick,1x arm pull

50m 1x kick,2x arm pull (instruction:extra arm pull then breathe on second (confusing in practice))

100m easy

Butterfly

50m kick only - better than before, but still crap at this

50m FC slow
