150m warm up FC, BC, BS
butterfly
50m 1 arm, other kept by side
50m alternating 2xleft arm, 2xright arm, 2x both arms
75m BF legs only but no breathing (until need to take a breath, then FC to finish each length)
4 relay races (teams of three, one length each, me in 2nd leg, lost every race)
25m FC
25m BC (start in water)
25m BS (only race I caught up with the girl in lane 1)
25m Butterfly
5x tumble turns (1 worked out OK and a couple of nearlys), lane 2 so treading water in between my turns
Tips: tuck legs in, extend arms on push-off
