Jumps, Jumps with scissor legs, Jumps with bands around ankles. (x-heavy 4/5 pink Gritin band. 4/5=Red on Green/Blue/Yellow/Red/Black scale)
Arm pushes off board.
Sideways kneeling using hips to push board out
Some stretching kneeling sideways, using band around wrists
