Blisters not too bad but legs very stiff all day (mainly hamstring and calf). Stubborness made me go out for a jog. First few steps really really tough, but loosened up after half a mile or so and managed a slow recovery run and some leg stretches after. Feel much better all round so now an official fan of active rest/recovery. (Claiming yesterday's race as excuse for not getting to 30 for the week. Certainly wasn't going to do it today.)
