Notes

Lots of HIIT jump board (up to 3 reds as hitting the end of the machine with 2R+1B). (6 sets of 25 seconds on, 5 seconds rest, all 3 times begin/middle/end of class). Also crunch, lunges+scooters, lean overs with ball, elbow planks. Easy on the arms today.
