First run with the fellas in a bit (Ed, DDT, Roy, Carlos, Ted, Bernie and Wayne). Pace was fast. Hung on near the front for the first hour and a bit and fell back to about 200m or so behind the lead pack. All considered, not a bad run. We completely lost Wayne and DDT (hamstring issues). It's that time of year where people have agendas and looming marathons - so put up, or shut up.
