Was raining so I decided to do a time trial to the Radar and back. I probably started out too fast to the gate 1:43, but made it to the rada in 12:38 then rested till 13 to let my legs loosen up, then ran the rest of the way. My legs seemed especially tight after going out fast, I was breathing heavily and working my lungs. My calves are also a little tight, but they where also tight before the run.
Right nipple sore, but used Body Glide on it. Will need bandaid tomorrow. Tinnitus pretty bad after workout.
