Notes

Ran well. Started out failrly slow 8.7 and brought it all the way up to 9.2 at the end. Need to run no slower than 8.8. Afterwards I played soccer and strained my left quad. I will rest tomorrow and probably do intervals on Thursday.

I am now down to 156 :^)
