No warm up. Good solid run. (9:18, 9:24, 9:23, 9:24, 9:24, 9:24, 9:23,9:21, 9:24, 9:27, 9:23, 9:22, 9:23, 9:15, 9:17, 9:11, 9:04, 9:02, 8:59, 8:54, 8:55, 8:47). Pretty good huh, Jenn. Took a shot blok every 3 mi., wore my water belt and drank 4 bottles 1 power aid and 3 water. We're heading to Wpg for the weekend on Friday afternoon, so I'm going to need to do my long run on Friday am this week. I won't take tomorrow off. can get a shorter run in on Sunday evening.

Outstanding!!!! And I love that you finished the strongest and didn't die out in 22 miles!!! What a super job!!!! This is SUCH a huge one to have done!!! You are so far above where you need to be even! Perfect weekend to go to Wpg. I will send your plan today but this is a recovery week before peak. You will have a Medium long run easy during the week and a progressive 13 for your long run on Friday morning. It will be a harder effort run but only 13!!!
