Strong, solid run I thought. Wore my water belt and drank a bottle and a half. Fueled with two waffles - 1/2 at 4 mi., 1/2 at 8 and whole one at 12 mi. Felt good and energized all the way through, especially the last 4 mi. (9:07, 9:22, 9:17, 9:15, 9:21, 9:10, 9:26, 9:11, 9:17, 9:21, 9:19, 9:08, 8:50, 8:42).

Yes, very solid and good pace for a long run for the MP you are going for. In the perfect range!! Strong progressive finish as well!!! Great job! I see your weight is dropping a little here too! Good job on the fueling. This is perfect.
