Notes

2 min. level 2 - 2 min. at 9.09 and 2 at 7.50 alternating. Left instep felt tight but didn't inhibit performance. I'm getting more comfortable with a longer stride especially at faster paces. I seem to run more smoothly and efficiently at a faster pace. It was a good run and using the Pro Roll and wall leg stretches is making a difference.
