Incremental increasing pace run x .5 mi. - 9.37, 9.23, 9.09, 8.95, 8.82, 8.69, 8.57, 8.45, 8.33, 8.21, 8.10, 2 - 8.00; kick 1- 7.89; 1 - 7.79, .1 - 7.69. Started with longer stride and slower cadence and ended with shorter stride, quicker cadence. Was comfortable and it didn't feel like I was working hard.
