Nice long run with Jenn for the last 12 mi. Pretty nice conditions, low humidity (9:41, 9:33, 9:38, 9:40, 9:39, 9:38, 9:29, 9:20, 9:07, 8:47, 8:29, 8:51, 8:56, 9:16, 8:57, 9:12, 8:44, 9:00, 8:45, 9:16), Had 1/2 Gel at 8 mi. and 1/2 Gel at 15 mi. drank about 45 oz. water and PowerAde. Felt reasonably good but was getting tired near the end.
