Good long run in the rain with Reese for 7 mi. and Jenn for 14. Water and half a waffle at 7 mi., water at 9.4 mi. (9:21, 9:11, 8:55, 8:58, 8:47, 8:36, 8:48, 8:53, 9:07, 9:03, 8:57, 9:00, 8:39, 8:14). Felt good and refreshing. Thanks Reese and Jenn for the fun run and good workout this early in my training plan for the Dick Beardsley Fill in September.
