Great warm up. Ran at 6.7 mi/hr. 8.95 pace (could have run at 6.6 mi./hr. 9.09 pace but decided to try to get closer to 9.0 pace. Very comfortable long strides - felt like a brisk walk in the park on a hot day - just broke a sweat.
Thank you Jenn for the work you've gone to in planning out this 15 week training cycle. I really appreciate you taking me on and I won't disappoint you.
