Awesome temp to run in. No wind (8:44, 8:31, 8:23, 8:18, 8:12, 7:54, 7:36). Felt strong. Could have really put the pedal to the metal. Just sensing that makes me feel I'm maintaining most of my conditioning even though I haven't been running intervals or consistent tempos or strides. I think I've pretty much got the progression runs down.
